The affected area are as followed: Choom-Puang district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Varin Chumrab district, Ubon Ratchathani province, Meung district, Surin province, Pa Sak Cholasit dam and Ubolratana dam. Thus, the farmers in these aforementioned areas are encouraged to receive an accurate rainfall and weather forecast from “Farm Man Yum”. The application is able to forecast the rainfall volume effectively toward individual planting plots and the ranges of duration are varied from 7 days, 6 weeks and 9 months ahead.

The rainfall volume in Nakhon Ratchasima province will be lower than the same duration last year. Farmers are strongly encouraged to store the water to prevent the rice plants from dying.
